Welcome to the 10 Layer of Gratitude!

According to the dictionary Gratitude (grat·i·tude,/ˈɡradəˌt(y)o͞od),  thankfulness, or gratefulness, from the Latin word gratus ‘pleasing, thankful’, is a feeling of appreciation felt by and/or similar positive response shown by the recipient of kindness, gifts, help, favors, or other types of generosity, towards the giver of such gifts.

If you have ever felt depressed and cannot stop negative thoughts from invading your mind, then this gratitude journal is for you.

I have spent years trying to relieve my depression. It affected my body, mind, and soul. I was so sick I was literally dying.

I saw a functional medicine doctor, researched about my nutrition, started eating better,  exercised and meditated. All of these gave me temporary relief, all the while, my thoughts and beliefs stayed the same.

At the beginning of 2018, I started writing Captain’s Orders. Captain order essentially means writing your future as if it was your present. All that you want in future you manifest by believing that you already have it and having a sense of gratitude for that makes everything you do come alive. You start creating abundance.

After my counselor suggested to me a book called “The Magic”, I started practicing and writing Gratitude for every little thing and person in my life. Eventually, my daily practice evolved into a combination of my gratitude journal and the captain’s orders.
